Follow-up
Every three years, Sweden shall report to the EU Commission on the status of designated species and ecosystems throughout the country. A special programme for environmental monitoring and follow-up shall be developed. Work on the development of such a programme has recently been started by the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency and the county administrative boards.
